Hamilton is a special place. I am thankful my family lives in such a beautiful town with a strong sense of community. I have come to appreciate how its strength comes from its people — those who have lived here for generations and those who have chosen to make it their home more recently.

promoting community & the future
Hamilton is defined by its strong sense of community and its commitment to excellence in education. These are not abstract ideals — they are the reason families choose to live here, how property values remain strong, and why longtime residents take pride in calling Hamilton home for generations.
Our parks, schools, and shared spaces are where neighbors become friends and where the next generation develops the skills and values that sustain our town.
Goal
Deliver on the Patton Park Master Plan to provide a safe, clean, inviting, and beautiful place for residents of all ages to gather — for birthday parties, youth sports, community events, and everyday recreation.
Can I Deliver?
My family and I are deeply invested in this community, and I have a knack for organizing and making things happen. Every summer, we host a neighborhood block party attended by 90–150 people, bringing together residents of all ages for food, music, games, and conversation. We also host seasonal gatherings — Easter egg dyeing, pumpkin carving, chili night, and holiday caroling — that strengthen the bonds between neighbors.
My wife and I restored an old farmhouse ourselves — gutting it to the studs and rebuilding it piece by piece. That experience reflects how I approach public service: respecting what came before, investing carefully, and doing the hard work necessary to ensure long-term value. As well as an ability to keep on going even when things are very frustrating and seem dire!
Professionally, I have organized scientific forums, led collaborative initiatives, and taken complex projects from planning to completion. Hamilton already has thoughtful plans in place. As a member of the Select Board, I will be a strong advocate for executing those plans responsibly and effectively.
ensuring safe, clean & sustainable water
Water is fundamental to our health, our environment, and our future. Protecting Hamilton’s water resources is not optional — it is essential to maintaining the quality of life that defines our town.
Goal
Work with local, regional, and state partners to ensure Hamilton has safe, clean, and sustainable water. This includes addressing PFAS contamination, strengthening conservation efforts, and stabilizing water supplies to reduce environmental stress and minimize severe restrictions.
Can I Deliver?
I grew up in the Southwest, where water scarcity is a daily reality. That experience shaped my understanding of how precious and fragile water resources can be.
My background in ecology and natural resource management gives me a strong foundation in environmental systems and water stewardship.
As a data scientist, I analyze complex systems and evaluate multiple solutions. As a collaborator, I bring people together to identify practical, cost-effective approaches.
We can protect our water while managing costs responsibly — and I am prepared to help lead that effort.
promoting civic engagement & government efficiency
Strong communities depend on engaged residents and effective local government. When people feel heard and respected — and when town government operates clearly and responsibly — trust grows and good decisions follow.
Goal
Improve civic engagement and ensure town government operates efficiently, transparently, and responsibly.
My Approach
Increase visibility of volunteer opportunities on boards and commissions
Balance workloads to prevent burnout and improve effectiveness
Recognize and celebrate the contributions of volunteers
Use modern tools to improve communication and participation
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce unnecessary costs
